Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. Any cancellations or changes are subject to production and/or material charges incurred before the request is submitted. Orders are considered final when placed, and customers are liable for the full order price.
Special orders (non-stock items) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Altered or specially made merchandise, as well as pre-hung or pre-cut items, are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
All orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Otherwise, a storage fee of $35 per day will be charged.
Returns
Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from The Custom Doors, in writing or via email. A 30% restocking fee applies based on the invoice price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must:
- Be in merchantable condition.
- Have the original packaging and wrapping as purchased.
- Undergo warehouse inspection before a credit is issued.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. For damaged or defective items, customers must provide:
- Photos of the damaged parts or items.
- The original packaging.
- A completed claim form.
The Custom Doors will work with the shipping company to resolve damage claims. However, we do not assume responsibility for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
